Friday, 23th December 2011 On the stallion examination in Ermelo (2011, December 17) is our stallion Eros L , Father: Vivaldi x Ferro Pref x Havidoff Keur x Doruto Pref,selected for the second selection in ‘s-Hertogenbosch on the beginning of February 2012. Eros L comes from the same mother as the stallion Beau ( Lingh x Ferro), nl. Sweetie. Beau was selected for the test in Stegeren 3 years ago. Beau is sold to Sweden. |

Wednesday, 26th October 2011 On Wednesday October 26 was the examination from the 50 days test in Denmark. Blue Hors Don Olymbrio L is excepted as stallion!!! He was testing for dressage ,free style jumping, and jumping under the saddle. He got from both testing riders a 10 for character!!!! |

Monday, 22nd August 2011 At the FEI European Dressage Championships 2011 in Rotterdam, Carl Hester won silver in the Grand Prix Freestyle with the Dutch bred Stallion Uthopia (father Métall). Earlier he won silver in the Special and gold with the Equestrian Team. The famous stallion Ferro Keur Preferent is the father of Métall. The offspring of Métall do extremely well in the sport. For example his approved sons, Special D and Broere Ufo. The talented student of Carl Hester , Charlotte Dujardin did very well with the Dutch bred Valegro. She was a participant in the Equestrian Team GBR and they won a gold medal. Valegro is Negro’s son and Negro is the son of the famous Stallion Ferro Keur Preferent. Years after Ferro’s death, he still shows us how amazing his offspring’s are. Sperm from Ferro and Métall is still in stock. |

Sunday, 6th February 2011 From 2 till 5 of February was the stallion examination in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Don Olymbrio L came through the second examination on Friday and was going to the third examination on Saturday. On Saturday he received an invitation for the test in Stegeren. Don Olymbrio L is not going to Stegeren, he will do the test in Denmark. Don Olymbrio is sold to Bleu Horse in Denmark. We hope he gets a good future as a stallion and also as a sport horse. We wish the new owners a lot of success with him. |

Stallion selection 2010 December 2009 first selection from: Cironn L: Jazz x Ferro ( breeder and owner J.Lamers ) and from Corleone: Vincenzo x Heartbreaker ( breeders and owners: J. Lamers and Struis Beheer) Both are going to the second selection in February 2010 From 3 till 6 February is the second and third selection. Both are accepted for the test in Stegeren. Cironn L did the 50 days test in autumn this year and is accepted by the KWPN on November 24 with good results. Step 8,troth 8, canter 9. The mother from Cironn L is the well-known mare Jirondine (keur pref. prest.) Jirondine is also born in our stable. We chanced the name Cironn L in: Cachet L Cachet L is sold to the sponsor , Décor Son, from Mirelle van Kemenade – Witlox. She will present Cachet L on the stallion show in ´s-Hertogenbosch in February 2011. Saturday 18 July 2009 During the Central Examination in Veghel Jan became the title: BREEDER OF THE YEAR 2009 FROM OUR PROVENCE NOORD-BRABANT. He got these KWPN Brabant cup o.a. for the breeding products of his mare JIRONDINE. She is 18 years old now. She is the first KEUR PREFERENT PRESTATIE mare from FERRO. She got this titles on her first 3 children. JIRONDINE brought and brings the stock-farming a lot of good things. On examinations as well as sport, the children does it very good. Some of her children gives a show that day: The elegant Riondine L ( Welt Hitt 11 x Ferro ) with Kirsten Bekkers The gelding Wanted L ( Montecristo x Ferro ) with Diwertje van Donselaar TC Wanted L is going to Verden in August, WK for young dressage horses. | - | On Friday evening, February 4th, Ferro and 5 of his offspring had a fabulous show last stallion approval in the netherlands. After the show, 10.000 people were standing up, had tears in their eyes and clapped. They told us that they have never seen him do so well. |

| - | On Thursday 16 december; the stallion competition was in Weert. Rhodium starts in the ZZ/ZZL class and won again with 146 points. The next stallion competition is in Zuidbroek on dec. 30. |
| - | The stallion competition 2004 / 2005 starts on November 24. The first competition was in Hengelo. Rhodium starts in the Z / ZZ light level. He was the number 1 with 153 ½ points. The next competition is in Weert, December 16 |
| - | At the World Champipnship in Verden, Rhodium placed sixth. Friday, Rhodium performed an excellent exam. Sunday was a little bit tense, but again an excellent exam. |
| - | In the USDF Breeder's Championship series for the entire USA. Young Ferro's came in the 3rd place with 5 finalists.Ferro had the highest percentage of 79.530%!! Young Métall's where 14th with 71.75% and 3 horses in the finals |
| - | In the young horses under saddle class (3 years olds) Ferro had 3 with average score of 78.15% and Métall had 3 with 71.75%. This is Great News that both stallions were listed. They only listed the top stallions. |
| - | Rumor (father Métall) was the champion of the 6 year olds in the Central USA finals. The country was diveded into 3 regions. So he was one of 6 horses to make it to the top. Klaus Balkenhol told the rider that he was an 8 all the way around and thought he was a brilliant young horse!!! |
| - | On May 20, Ascension, there will be a special festival in Lith. There Ferro will give a clinic around 13.00 u and a Kür on Music around 15.00 u with his Amazon Susan de Klein. |
| - | Métall is accepted in Sweden with fantastic points! For the walk and troth both an 9, for the canter and general impression an 8. Métall is hired to Sweden.Semen is still available for the breeders in The Netherlands. |
| - | Ferro has given 3 big shows in France with Suzan de Klein for a very enthusiastic public. In St. Malo and Amiens, the stallion show was organised by Arnaud Evain. |
| - | In the same weekend was there a big concourse from the A-Level dressage in St. Lo. There was during this concourse a show with Ferro. After Suzan had proposal Ferro for the French public, did we surprise Phillipe Limousin ( the most well-known dressage rider from France) and let him ride farther on Ferro. This brought the public in real ecstasy. |
